Start with dry hands and face. Glide the spatula lightly across the top of balm to fill the larger part of the disk. Warm up with fingertips and gently massage into skin for about a minute, focusing on areas with more makeup. A little goes a long way. Rinse with warm water, and optional to use a washcloth for a deeper clean.
For a double cleanse ritual, follow with The Rice Polish: Calming. Due to the natural plant extracts that provide skin conditioning benefits, the formula may vary in color from a light blue to a deeper blue. The slight variation in color does not indicate the product is not as safe or effective to use.

Best cleansing balm I've used!
I stuck to Dermalogica for the longest time. Just got complacent about it never thought to try another brand until my face suddenly started to disagree with it. I thought their pre-cleanse oil was good. It's not. It's garbage compared to this stuff. Tatchas cleansing balm lasts me way longer, get ev...

Great for sensitive skin!
I have sensitive, acne-prone skin, and wear makeup everyday. This product easily removes all of my makeup, doesn't irritate my eyes, and hasn't caused any breakouts. I would definitely recommend this as a first cleanse and makeup remover!
Worth it
Love this balm! It truly breaks down all makeup while cleansing the skin. I wear brow gel and mascara almost daily and it gets that off with ease. If I'm exhausted and lazy at night, I sometimes use just this product (warm water + Clean Skin towel after) to cleanse my skin. I was a longtime makeup wipe user (gross, I know) and I'm so glad I made the switch to this balm!
Best oil free makeup removing balm
I suffer from cystic acne, so I try to avoid skincare products containing oil. This is the first makeup removing balm that I've tried and loved that is oil free! It removed all my makeup and helped reduce some redness on my cheeks but with consistent use. My only wish is that it was a tad bit more moisturizing. Regardless, this has become a new skincare staple for me!
Yes
I love it. It's not too oily.
Lol
Shelby in the video says in the end that "you'll never want to go back to to anything else" and I was like, Elf, Drunk Elephant, Byoma, etc.. lol
