Doesn't rinse well
This shampoo won't rinse out of my hair no matter how long I spend scrubbing it and rinsing it. Every time the crown of my head is left to feel greasy or as if there is product build up. Would not recommend.
not good for thinning hair
I had high hopes for this because of the high ratings, but I don't think it's good for my aging scalp (almost 50 y/o). I've been doing really good with the Nioxin hair fall defense shampoo over the past month or so, and as soon as I used this, I saw more than twice as much hair fall out in the shower. Will not be using again. Unfortunate since I bought it months ago & can't return it now.

I stopped at my local ulta to get some conditioner and I was originally set on another brand but this one caught my eye so I decided to try it and holy crap! My hair feels AMAZING. It feels so refreshed, so hydrated and I keep having to run my fingers through my hair. If you have a dry scalp like me, dont hesistate to try this stuff. Plus I used Prose for months. I might be canceling it and using this instead!
Hair feels waxy and looks oily
Like all the one star reviews, it did leave my hair feeling waxy and looking oily/dirty when dried. Do not recommend at all.
