It wasn't broke! Why did you try to fix it?
I have been using Biolage Hydrating Shampoo and Conditioner for years and loved it! My hair was always shiny, manageable, and smooth. The new formula feels like it doesn't rinse out. My hair feels greasy and as if it's been coated with wax. I HATE the new formula and will be switching brands.

This shampoo has changed
This used to be my favorite shampoo. Smells amazing (still does!) but it dried my hair out and made it feel a bit crunchy. I actually have very healthy shiny hair but this dries it out. When i used to buy it, it made my hair soft and shiny. The conditioner still works great but i don't know what they did too the shampoo but I'm very disappointed. Please change it back 😭

This shampoo leaves my hair pretty dry and stripped… After washing it out in the shower and pairing w the conditioner I could already tell it was drying because of how knotty and hard to detangle my hair was and almost "squeaky" clean. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I love this shampoo. I get build up from products SO easily on my scalp and didn't have to worry about it when I used this shampoo. It clarified my scalp without leaving it dry and flaky, leaving my strands hydrated and so smooth! I have dry hair so this was perfect and so hydrating.

I really love this shampoo! I have been using the youth lock shampoo for a few years but recently it just hasnt been doing it for me so i tried this one and its so good. It lathers so much better than the joico one and i feel like it actually cleans my hair! Smells really good and makes my hair so smooth. :)
