Disclaimer, please visit your doctor if you think something could be wrong (I need to take this advice). So for me, I've had a lot of health concerns regarding hair/skin/nails, bloat & specific weight gain, irregular periods with many harsh symptoms. this has helped me so much I could cry (I have). I really need to find an endocrinologist or something now bc whatever is going on with me hormonally, this is helping. so, thanks Rael! also, the fact that it's a tasteless, easily dissolveable product is fantastic. I usually drink it with seltzer and some lemon juice.

I wanted to give this a full two months of consistent use before I left a review, and I'm glad that I did. Anything designed to balance hormones needs more than a few days or weeks to really "work" because of how your body needs to adjust. Some of my PMS symptoms appeared to get worse the first month--especially acne--but some improved, like severity of cramps, headache, etc. After two months, there is improvement across the board for me. I primarily gave this a try to address hormone-based anxiety attacks I was suffering in the middle of the night at certain points in the month. This supplement definitely helps with that. If you opt to try this out for yourself--give it time. The vitamin supplement aspect will impact a lot faster than the hormone balance.
