Hold the eyebrow pen upside down for fifteen seconds and shake well to saturate the tip.
Flick the brow pen upward to create thin strokes and fill in sparse areas. Apply more pressure for deeper pigment.
Replace cap quickly after use.

I don't get all the negative reviews. I tested this on the back of my hand and yes, it did look very faint. But then I applied it to my brows and the pigment was there more so than it was on the back of my hand. I tested it out by applying to a clean face right before the gym. And after about 4 hour...

Total garbage
Wish i had noticed low rsting before buying / this is total garbage / no color payoff, brish flops so cant get a fine line so gavevto apply too much pressure abd you get a splotch not a fine line - my pencil us do much better- just went in the trash
Worthless
I bought this pen in blonde, because that's the same color I wear in e.l.f brow pencil, and it didn't show up at all after shaking the pen for a solid 2 minutes. Then I purchased taupe (a shade darker) thinking that I just needed a slightly darker color, but this one doesn't show up either. Super watery with sheer streaks of pigment you definitely can't draw hair strokes with these.

I tried to changed it and ladys where with alot of work i waited for so long so i left without a new one
Pen dries out
Liked this product a lot but after a few weeks the pen cap wouldn't go back on and caused pen to dry out. Ordered a new one thinking it was my fault then happened again.
