Hold the wand so its curve matches the natural curvature of your eyelid. Wiggle the wand upward through the lashes from roots to tips. Continue to build with light upward strokes at the tips of the lashes. For additional coats of mascara, layer as desired. To remove, use an oil-based cleanser and gently wipe off with a tissue or towel, then wash away residue with water.

The most amazing mascara I have ever used
I have been a makeup artist for nearly 20 years. I always lean toward drugstore mascaras as I've always found them to just perform better than high end. The Milani Fan Club Fanning Mascara makes my eyelashes look long lifted and perfectly fanned. The brush gets every eyelash and separates them well. it's lightweight doesn't flake one coat makes my lashes look clean and natural. Two coats gives that are those lash extension vibes. Also love that removing is easy with cellular water, cleansing balm, or makeup wipes

Milani Cosmetics Highly Rated Fan Club Fanning Mascara is "just ok." There are so great positives about it though. The brush on the wand is HUGE and you can easily get from corner to corner at the same time. That was nice. The curve of the brush isn't too severe that you color your eyelids with product. The mascara did not flake at all during the day. It stayed smudge free. It was easy to remove at the end of the day with my normal makeup removal routine. As far as "fanning," I did not notice any abnormally large amount of fanning as compared to my usual mascara. I also did not notice any more complete coverage as compared to my usual mascara. It's a good mascara, but compared to other brands I would rate it about the same.

Im truly impressed. The fanning effect is top tier, and I don't notice clumping. It's very lightweight so something we can all enjoy. I feel like I also got great wear throughout the day!
