My current favorite mascara
Great for length and volume! Easy to apply and even easier to remove. It comes off easily with water, which is a pro for me but could be a negative if you plan to wear while working out, swimming, or in a sauna. I love that there is absolutely NO smearing and minimal flaking only if I touch my eyes more than usual. Big fan!
Impressed with the Staying Power
I wasn't sure about tubing mascara. I've been ride or die with waterproof mascara since I was 14 and now I'm 51. The whole process of getting waterproof mascara 100% off my lashes became tedious after forty years so I looked for an alternative. The hype of tubing mascara got to me, especially about the Tarte Tartelette XL Tubing Mascara. This mascara has impressed me and it's going to be a re-purchase once it's empty. It stands up to Flordia heat, humidity, workouts, and tears. The most amazing part is it washes off cleanly and I don't have raccoon eyes in the morning, for which my family is greatful. I've been a tubing mascara girly for years and have tried them all. This one is my fav! Im convinced the only people who dont like this product are the ones who dont know how to use tubing mascara or are allergic to some ingredient. It's so good,
Tarte got me tart
I was so excited to try this mascara. Im glad i only bought a trial size because it was a huge flake. And it made my eyes itch and burn unlike most other mascaras. Don't waste your time or money.
Clumps and looks horrible
So bummed, I got a deal buy one get one free but used this twice and I'm returning it. Every eyelash clumped. I gave it a second shot before leaving for a event and ended up having to wipe the mascara off because I couldnt fix and remove the clumps with a eyelash comb and was too embarrassed to keep it on. Ive never had mascara clump this bad.
