Best Highlighter/Shimmer hands down

I got this awhile ago from ulta and I reach for it every single day. I'm super pale and this makes my skin look so fresh and glowy. The cream is very comfortable and dries down a bit so it lasts all day. I apply it with my finger and pat it out. It also works great as a body shimmer, I like to apply it to my collarbones and chest when I'm wearing something low cut. It's a beautiful fine shimmer that glows like nothing else I've used. I hit pan on this recently and I'll 100% get it again when I run out.

Full shimmering effect happens when outside on the sun but not sparkly as I would like when inside

I love this glimmer powder, and so does everyone I gift it to. You can wear it anywhere… eyes, cheeks, décolleté, shoulders. It's so fun!
So pretty but expensive
So sparkley and pretty but it's way too expensive for the amount that you get. You are better off buying the Fenty Diamond Veil for $13 more and you get so much more product.
