Sticky film
I wanted to love this bc my skin loves heartleaf but unfortunately this formulation leaves my skin feeling sticky on application and oily throughout the day even on freezing winter days. Not a win for me!
Simple, hydrating serum
I was looking for a serum I could use in combination with actives to soothe and hydrate my skin. I started to add this serum into my routine to balance the effects of my exfoliating products and it has really helped! It's simple enough to not irritate the skin when using strong ahas/bhas and provides much needed hydration!
Love it
I've been using this product for a couple of years now (used to order from Korea it's so good) because I always come back! It's a very soothing formula. I like to use it if my skin's been looking a little dull or dry. I also cycle between actives by using this as a buffer of sorts. Ex: retinoid on monday, heartleaf ampoule on tuesday, azelaic acid wednesday, and then repeat the cycle.
