You can use the shampoo daily or the results are that I don't have to wash as often since the effects last a few days. It is a very good shampoo for adding texture to fine hair. I will continue to use this product.

I wanted so much to like this! Unfortunately it makes my hair have crazy amounts of flyaways, and what's not flying away, strangly sticks to your head in a weird flat way. This shampoo and conditioner makes my hair SO unbelievably flat - way more so than sleek shampoo. If you are looking for super flat, sleek hair - I would recommend this shampoo/conditioner but if you're looking for volume this is not the shampoo for you. My hair is very thin but tangles easily. It gets rid of my tangles.
