You must shake super-well before using. The bi-phase formula contains powders to help absorb oil and refresh hair (and the visible separation and settling you see in the bottle is normal). Section damp or sweaty hair and apply 2 to 4 pumps about 6 inches away from roots. Use it where you need it the most - those areas of the hair that are damp or sweaty. Let sit for 15 to 30 seconds, then shake out with fingers or brush through. To dry even faster, blow-dry on cool. For Fine hair, start with 1 to 2 spritzes per section. Brush hair before and after applying to ensure product is evenly distributed. Shake well between spritzes.
PRO TIPS: Use a towel to absorb excess sweat where hair's damp from a workout, usually at the roots, in the nape, and behind the ears. Then, shake and spray hair in sections.

I use this product after workouts and sweating to Freshen my hair! It works great! It lifts all the sweat and oil from my hair and makes it look like it was just washed! The only issue was the scent! : I received this product for free from Bumble and bumble for testing and review purposes.

I was super excited to try the product….but I was not impressed. I have colored treated, fine to medium 4A/4B hair. I tried this several times with and without heat. For me, using heat daily is not ideal… although the results were somewhat more ideal. Without heat, it really just added scent to my hair. I didnt notice any real absorption of sweat or odor. I used Bumble and Bumble post workout dry shampoo mist multiple times and it's not for me Unfortunately, it seemed to be great at first, but within an hour or so my hair looked worse than it did to start with. I tried the Bumble and Bumble Pret-a-Powder Post Workout Dry Shampoo Mist. You do need to shake it up or it separates but it easily mixes. I used this on my hair after sitting in the sauna. I really liked the scent. I thought it did a nice job so my hair didn't look or feel gross if I couldn't go home immediately and wash it. I actually went a number of hours and my hair was totally fine. It was easy to use with the spray top and being a plastic bottle I didn't worry about it dropping and breaking. I plan to continue my use of this product. Thank you to Bumble and Bumble and TopBox for the opportunity to try this product.
