You must shake super-well before using. The bi-phase formula contains powders to help absorb oil and refresh hair (and the visible separation and settling you see in the bottle is normal). Section damp or sweaty hair and apply 2 to 4 pumps about 6 inches away from roots. Use it where you need it the most - those areas of the hair that are damp or sweaty. Let sit for 15 to 30 seconds, then shake out with fingers or brush through. To dry even faster, blow-dry on cool. For Fine hair, start with 1 to 2 spritzes per section. Brush hair before and after applying to ensure product is evenly distributed. Shake well between spritzes.
PRO TIPS: Use a towel to absorb excess sweat where hair's damp from a workout, usually at the roots, in the nape, and behind the ears. Then, shake and spray hair in sections.

Best product for oily hair
Im not sure why this has negative comments. Ive tried a lot of dry shampoo's and they all make my hair have more buildup and extreme itchy hair once I use. This is the only one that goes on wet, and dries to clean and less oily scalp. I also like to spray it and blow dry my toots if I have time. If I do that- itll feel like I just washed my hair. I use this for when I work out and my hair is already wet and when I get out the shower after putting my hair up and keeping it from the water. Idunno, for me- its the best product for oily hair!

As a gym girl this is my go to for what sweat can do to my hair. I also tend to get an oily scalp too. I have dark brown hair and this does not leave a white cast at all. I spray it to my hair damp or dry, let it sit and I am good to go!
Best post workout product I've used
I tried this because i workout 5 times a week and i sweat a lot but i dont want to wash my hair everyday because washing your hair everyday is bad for your hair! So i ised this in between washes just spray it in my sweating head/hair let it sit for a bit and then i blow dry it, my hair feels clean again. As for the scent, i personally like it but i used the product in moderation. I read some reviews thought the smell was too strong but i dont agree
