This shampoo, conditioner, and the serum have been my favorite for years. I had tried the new serum first, and noticed it didn't make my hair nearly as soft as the old bottle. (Before I knew it had been completely reformulated). The old formula made my hair so soft and silky, and i went through countless bottles haing long, fine hair, but a lot of hair. Most products that actually soften hair can weigh my hair down and end up looking greasy due how fine my hair is. All three prducts from this line (in old formula) were worth every penny before, however, now I will be on the hunt for new products. So incredibly disappointing. New formula does not even compare.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I've been using this product for a couple months and am halfway through the bottle. I had fairly high expectations considering the reviews but this might be made for less coarse hair than mine. I didn't notice any real improvement to my hair and my hair still has a lot of breakage and split ends. Additionally, it seems to weigh my curls down.
Truly healing
