Unpackaging the shower heads was so much fun for me and I was so excited at the thought of being able to filter the water in my apartment to take better care of my skin and my hair. I was promptly disappointed when soon after taking the hose and attachment pieces out of the package, the attachment p...oint to the wall that holds the showerhead completely broke under almost no duress. My husband was shocked when he realized that it had broken and he had no idea how it could have broken so easily. *Now here's the very irritating part.* I promptly emailed Canopy's customer service asking for a replacement showerhead mount, simply because there was no way that the mount broke under too much duress. It came defective, and I got a response in a week or so. I chatted with two separate representatives about the problem that I had and I was never sent an email confirming that a replacement was on its way. In my apartment, I have two bathrooms, and the bathroom that has this broken showerhead mount was rendered borderline useless during the month that my request for a new showerhead mount was acknowledged but quickly forgotten. After that month, I grew irritated that nothing had been done so I reached out multiple times to be completely ignored. I grew further irritated and started looking for a customer service phone number where I was hoping I could get ahold of someone to help me after more than a month of frustration. No phone number could be found. After several more weeks of reaching out and nothing happening, I finally got a confirmation email that my replacement was coming. Or was it? A replacement showerhead mount was not being sent... It was a brand new showerhead that was not the handheld one that I had purchased. At that point, I rolled my eyes in frustration and accepted it for what it was. Their customer service is so poor that not only did they frustrate me and waste hours of my time when my request was simple but they also wasted their own money giving me a showerhead filter that retails for over $100 when they could have sent me a simple showerhead mount. I purchased one off Amazon for a little under $10 and I gave the showerhead filter to my sister-in-law who I am sure will love it. At the end of the day, I guess I would say that I got the better end of the deal with an awesome gift for my sister, but the annoyance of the customer service was quite irritating. At the end of the day, they are nice showerheads, I just really would not like to deal with customer service again. If you are going to purchase one of these, just pray that nothing breaks. Customer service is not great.
