    Best powder for dry skin

I have pretty dry skin and because this powder has the tiniest bit of a glow it is perfect for me. It also the BEST sifter turning mechanism for such an affordable powder. Even high end powders don't have something this unique, so it is sad to travel with and you won't have powder everywhere. I do w...

This product is wonderful. I prefer a matte finish, and not a wet or dewy look. This goes on and gives me the little bit of glow that I want while not making me look too glossy. I highly recommend this product.

This time it's with the Halo Glow Setting Powder in the shade Deep. They attempt to rid of old products through online orders and it's obvious when the packaging has changed. This definitely has to change.

Good, but not great; settled into pores

This is a decent setting powder, but Morphe's is better & cheaper (the Morphe Jumbo Bake & Set powder in pink is $22 for 0.65oz, so it's bigger & cheaper than this Elf powder.) I love that this Elf powder is OIL-FREE, & acne prone skin safe. It does NOT break my skin out at all, controls oil throughout the day, & the pink shade is stunning on fair to light skin with cool undertones. My only complaint is that it settled into my pores after several hours of wear, accentuating them significantly. There were these hot pink dots, across my cheeks & nose, from the pore settling. Only other issue is that is costs more than it should for a drug store brand of lesser quality. The Morphe powder is my current favorite, as it's cheaper & def HI END in quality, without breaking the bank. I like the Morphe setting powder SO much it even replaced my Laura Mercier setting powder, of which I've been a lifelong fan. The cost of LM's is simply too much, when Morphe's is the same HI END quality at HALF the cost. ;-) This powder is certainly doable, but I will not be repurchasing, due to finding my new holy grail pink powder by Morphe. Elf's is good, it's just not great. ;-)
