i am currently using a product to help with thinning hair..it contains biotin....is it safe to take the keraviatin supplement with the one i am using??

If you are using topical products (things like shampoos or conditioners) that contain biotin, then yes, feel free to use them together. However, if the product you are using is an oral supplement for hair loss, you have to be careful, because many vitamins and micronutrients have a recommend daily value and sometimes taking to much of an ingredient, even if that ingredient is known to be good for you, can cause the unexpected. If the biotin-containing product you are talking about is a dietary supplement for hair loss, I'd recommend you speak to your doctor first before use.Was this answer helpful to you

Good product
I don't see fast hair growth but the vitamin has filled in my edges and my hair doesn't fall out as much. The product also has strengthened my roots and caused new hair to grow.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Now I'm not one to leave a bad review but I feel that you, the consumer needs to know. After taking these for only a couple weeks, I noticed my pants were tight and the scale went up a few pounds. I thought, that's weird because, I am not eating out, i am eating heal...

KERANIQUE Hair Supplement
I am just starting these and will take them as written for at least 3 months and its best to take with food like it says. They are easy to swallow and they do have a fishy smell from the omega 3 and 6 I would imagine but no burps or upset stomach so we shall see how they work and what my cholesterol looks like in two months.
Stinks!
These might work IF you can handle the smell and taste while swallowing. Too disgusting for me.
