Can you take/use both the gummy and the advanced pills at same time, like alternating days of taking them, one day the gummies and the next the advanced pills?

So, for example, you can take your Advanced Formula capsules one day and take the Gummy Stars the next day to alternate. We just don't recommend doubling up and taking both formulas together in the same day. Please follow the recommended dosage on the label: 1 capsule a day for the Advanced Formula and 2 gummies a day for our Gummy Stars. Hi Which one is better to see more results quickly , gummy or pills?

While both formulas have our clinical-strength, hair growth formula the main difference is that Advanced Formula is more potent as it contains more ingredients at higher dosage. How long does it take to see results?

Other helpful suggestions would be to take our vitamins regularly and around the same time every day. If you are taking the capsule formulas, please drink a full glass of water with it. Get regular trims and use gentle shampoos + Conditioners and limit the use of heat-styling tools and chemical hair treatments. If it makes your hair grow, does it grow everywhere? I read a review a person said it made their eyebrows grow back, that would be awesome but if your prone to peach fuzz on your face , I dont want to end up looking like teen wolf.

That's because hair follicles on the body get a molecular signal to only grow to a certain point. This is different from hair on our head, which can grow continuously. Our vitamins are carefully formulated to stimulate growth on existing follicles on the head and not in otherwise hairless areas. I wanted to love this but I couldn't. The smell is horrible!! I gag when I open the bottle. And it tastes the way it smells. I couldn't finish the bottle due to it. So I gave it to my boyfriend and he seemed to tolerate it.
