Can you take/use both the gummy and the advanced pills at same time, like alternating days of taking them, one day the gummies and the next the advanced pills?

So, for example, you can take your Advanced Formula capsules one day and take the Gummy Stars the next day to alternate. We just don't recommend doubling up and taking both formulas together in the same day. Please follow the recommended dosage on the label: 1 capsule a day for the Advanced Formula and 2 gummies a day for our Gummy Stars. Hi Which one is better to see more results quickly , gummy or pills?

While both formulas have our clinical-strength, hair growth formula the main difference is that Advanced Formula is more potent as it contains more ingredients at higher dosage. The gummies of course are delicious and great for those who don’t like swallowing a pill. Also, the gummies are 2 a day and the capsules are 1 a day. Hope this helps!Was this answer helpful to you

Best hair vitamin
I had COVID about a year ago and I suddenly lost a lot of hair. I started freaking out I have naturally curly hair and in abundance. I started searching for hair vitamin that wasn't going to have harsh chemicals and in gummy form. I came across Hairtamin and I am purchasing for third bottle now. My mother who is 72 is taking as well and has seen a difference in her hair. I truly recommend we are all different but give it a try. I love my hair gummies!!!!!!

it's a MULTIVITAMIN
what an i missing? this is a basic overpriced multi vitamin with slightly higher amounts of biotin and ADDED SUGAR. a real hair vitamin would have amla, saw palmetto..
Taste good but not effective!
The taste is good and very sweet! But it's not effective at all! I used HAIRtamin about 6 months and I had lot of hope for that but I have not noticed any improvement in my hair grow yet! Only thing I've noticed that my nail grows little bit faster, that's it!
