Perfect for skin care enthusiasts
I had the opportunity to test out BeautyBio's Glow Facial - Hydration Facial Pore Cleansing Tool with Blue LED in exchange for my honest review (gifted by BeautyBio). Thus far, I used this tool every 3 days for a period of two weeks. I liked that this product came with everything you needed to rea...

Mine did not work / no suction
I really wanted to love this but I think I got a faulty product, unfortunately. Set it up perfectly, it turned on even, just didn't suction / no concentrate came out… sending it back. Too expensive to just be flat out broken.

Poor quality
I was initially impressed with this device, but it broke within a year despite very minimal use. What's even more disappointing is Ulta's lack of accountability. When I reported the issue, I expected a replacement—especially given the price point and the fact that the device was clearly defective. Instead, I received no meaningful support. Ulta could have easily addressed this by replacing the product and recouping the cost from the manufacturer, or at the very least, reconsidered carrying an item that seems to have frequent quality issues, as others have noted in the reviews. I've trusted Ulta for years with high-ticket purchases—like Dyson tools and this BeautyBio device—because I believed a major retailer would stand behind what they sell. That trust is now gone. I won't be shopping at Ulta again.
it It should work for over a year at least
It should work. It should do what it claims for at least a year, if not more. the parts are cheap and tend to breakdown.
Doesn't last
Works great, when it actually works. I've had two and neither lasted longer than a few months even though I took care of them properly. Ulta let me exchange the 1st one for a new one but after the 2nd did the same thing I gave up.
It broke in less that 2 years
I bought this skincare tool , and now is not working for the price that I payed i was expecting to last longer, so sad😔
Solid Tool, But With Some Flaws

This was kindly gifted by beautybio! I am a huge skincare enthusiast, get facials regularly, and was thrilled to try this out. The facial tool was well-packaged, came with clear instructions, and a user-friendly design. The small tip had a good amount of suction and I was able to glide it across my face with ease. It felt very similar to a hydrafacial. In combination with the concentrate solution, my skin looked visibly brighter and clearer after just one use. The main problems I experienced were that the tool needs to be at a very specific angle to perform well and the tool beeps when it thinks it's done, but there is still plenty of solution left. I was able to angle it a little better with time, but the beeping was unavoidable and somewhat annoying. The suction on the large tip is way too strong, so I was unable to glide it well. Overall, I think this is a solid tool, but I have to say that the large tip is unusable and the price point is a tad high for what you get.
