This really took me by surprise. Most spf moisturizers break my very sensitive and acne prone skin out, but I've had no issues at all with this product. What's even better is the light tint that is just enough for a no makeup look, and it goes so perfectly under makeup, I don't even need a primer. This is thick but absorbs well and after a minute or so dries all the way down with no tackiness or oily feeling. It leaves my skin feeling really soft and hydrated all day long. There is a citrus scent, but I have no issues with it causing irritation. This product was gifted to me for review purposes.

The description says it's tinted spf cream but a recent reviewer says it's white. Does it change color when applied, or stay white?

What you’re seeing in the photo is exactly how it behaves - the formula comes out as an off-white cream, then transforms as you blend it in into a sheer, skin-like tint. So while it may look white at first (which can be due to SPF ingredients like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide that naturally appear white ), it doesn’t stay that way - the tint activates and adapts once applied, giving a natural, even-toned finish rather than a white cast. The Ginzing spf 40 energy-boosting tinted moisturizer has Octinoxate 7.5%, Octisalate 2.0%, Octocrylene 2.0%, Titanium Dioxide 3.0%, Zinc Oxide 3.0% are listed as ingredients. Only zinc oxide and titanium oxide are mineral sunscreen, while Octinoxate, Octisalate, and Octocrylene are chemical sunscreen. Isn't Origins an all-natural line of skincare? Why is it using chemical sunscreen?
