Bought this mask to use after exfoliating treatments or periods of time where I haven't been as kind to my hair (using more heat than usual, damaging hairstyles, too long without a shower, etc.), and it was a worthwhile splurge! The normal conditioner itself is fabulous, but the mask is somehow even better. It's like a salon treatment. My hair gets SOOO smooth and shiny after use. An automatic confidence boost. I highly recommend!
