I can't speak for anyone else but me.. Iv never used any product from this brand before until I picked up the hair spray a few days ago.. So far so good! I don't love the smell when first applied But once it dried down after a few seconds I truly didn't mind it. It also didn't linger in the air of the surrounding area. It's extremely lightweight keeps a good hold for my curly hair.. Can't speak on past formula cause i never tried it.. However I had this happen with other brands (looking at you redkin) so I get it! We will see if this stays in the rotation.. 👀
Bad smell
Smaller than expected, does not make your hair hold. Makes your bathroom and hair smell like a weird chemical.
Horrible new formula
This used to be my favorite hairspray. The new formula is the worst hairspray I have ever used.
New formula is awful
My last can was amazing, was everything I could want in a hairspray. Repurchased 2 cans while on sale and found out it's not just a new label, but a new formula. Leaves my hair greasy, smells much much worse, and didn't even hold. Will be returning tomorrow.
