Apply the hydrating shampoo to your wet hair and scalp.
Massage it into a lather from roots to ends, then rinse thoroughly.

Saved my dry scalp!
My scalp is super dry year round, and I've tried several serums that are supposed to help, but none of them work. I decided to try this shampoo, and I was pleasantly surprised to see how fast it made a difference! I thought this would be a trust the process thing, but after 2 uses my scalp was noticably less dry. I've only had it for a month now but my scalp is genuinely normal now!! No more flaking or itchiness. My hair is super thick and heavy, but this shampoo doesn't weigh it down and leaves it feeling super clean and soft in the shower. Would recommend!!

My hero product!
I've developed an extremely sensitive scalp over the past few years. Even "sensitive" brands like Vanicream were causing me to have a dry, itchy, painful scalp. I decided to try CeraVe's gentle hydrating shampoo out of desperation, and it's the first shampoo in YEARS (of trying many products) that doesn't bother me. It's nothing fancy (it can leave my hair a bit frizzy), but I'm so grateful for it. When you wash out the product it leaves a slippery feeling on the hair. But it cleans well.
