I was pretty skeptical, I thought that it couldn't possibly work. It's just a light. I was completely wrong. It has helped improve sleep quality, it has helped reduce anxiety and stress, and has helped me remember some healthy breathing exercises to calm down anxiety. I feel like this is a great product for someone who meditates as well. The convenience of being able to lay on it, or have it lay on you, or even hang it from the door, makes it possible to use it where you need. One recommendation though, would be for a longer power cord. Its short length means having to use an extension cord depending on where you are. It's an easy product to clean, and unlike most items, it EASILY went back inside its travel case!

This mat is INSANE! It is so convenient to lay on, hang up on the couch all, use as a blanket, or anything else you could imagine. It's super flexible and comfortable and doesn't even get hot! I know it's pricey, but the quality and relief it provides make the price soooo worth it! I already use a red light mask daily, so this was an easy addition to my routine. I love how you can set a timer on it and make your sessions as long or short as you want. The benefits of red light therapy are amazing and everyone should be using it!!
