I've been using a red light therapy mask on my face for over a year so I knew this mat would be a hit! I use it daily but it especially works wonders after a workout to relax my sore muscles and ease joint pain. I feel so relaxed after each session and look forward to them! I'm like a rotisserie chicken turning in all directions to make sure my whole body is exposed lol! This HigherDOSE red light mat is legitimately my number one wellness tool! It has been a big help with post-workout recovery. My soreness isn't as bad and doesn't last as long. It's also been a great motivator on those days that I don't feel like working out because I only allow myself to use this mat after a workout and I refuse to miss a session on my mat. It's so soothing and I nearly fall asleep on it every time I use it no matter what time of day. It probably doesn't help that I lay it out on my bed when I use it, thus increasing the comfort. Long-term, I'm hoping it helps with my chronic tailbone-area pain. I have inflammation in that area and the mat currently provides temporary reductions in pain. I'm hoping that continued use of the mat over the next few months will lead to more long-lasting relief. Even if it doesn't, I'd still be happy with the temporary relief!

This product is so great. It is easy to set up and use. I love that it covers my whole body. I feel more energized and relaxed. My body feels like it's healing. My skin looks great. I sleep so well!
