This product is so great. It is easy to set up and use. I love that it covers my whole body. I feel more energized and relaxed. My body feels like it's healing. My skin looks great. I sleep so well! I really enjoy using my Full Body Red Light Mat by HigherDOSE. I've been using it every night and it's become a part of my wellness routine. I work out 4 days a week and red light therapy has been very beneficial with muscle recovery and boosting circulation. It also helps me with deep relaxation so I can sleep much better now. My mood has been noticeably improved and feels like I have more energy. Even my skin looks healthier and clearer. Red light therapy mat is super easy to use, I just plug it in and I have an option to control it with the remote control or the buttons on the mat. Then I choose my session length, I usually choose 20 or 40 minutes. 40 minute sessions really help me with easing muscle tension while 20 minute sessions are great when I need a quick mood and energy boost. Sometimes when I need a full body reset I use red therapy mat for 60 minutes and it helps me unwind and gives me full head to toe rejuvenation and helps me with fatigue and pain relief. I get best results by having a direct skin contact with the mat by laying on top of the mat or draping it over my body. There's also an option to hang the mat on the wall or over the door. After using the red light therapy mat consistently I have much better sleep, my skin looks clearer, helps me speed up muscle recovery after workouts, my overall mood and energy levels have improved.
