Applicator doesn't extract the product
This product was a challenge to apply on the eyelids. Nothing would show on the applicator no matter how hard I shook or maneuvered the product. Maybe it was empty, dry, or there wasn't any product inside. Don't know how long it was sitting on the shelf.
Brand New and Already Dried Out?
Opened a brand new tube and hardly any product shows up on the applicator like the product is already dried out despite being brand new. Loved the way this looks, but why is a brand new tube already dried out? Afraid to waste any more money on dried out product.

I purchased 2 of these (Refract, Tin Pan Alley) and they're gorgeous however they're completely unusable due to being completely dried up. For this price point, I expect better.
