Look…I have LOTS of AF products and I'm a huge fan. The old packaging was cumbersome to store and bulky, but the applicator was superior to this one. I get so many compliments!
I lovvvve this. Going to have to get another color or 5. Pigment is good. Stays on ALL day. I put in on around 6am and don't take it off till I was my face at around 9pm
I can't get the stupid applicator to grab any product.
This was a HUGE waste of money - I bought 2 shades recommended by the Ulta employee because she insisted it was humidity-proof. Yes, the colours are gorgeous but..... The applicator is the WORST. it won't grab product - even if I store it upside down (guess the formula is too thick to move) and you can't circle the wand around the sides because of the plastic insert. So I popped the insert out, depotted them in an attempt to make it work, and they dried up in days. This has to be one of the WORST vessel designs I have ever encountered. You can see in my photo the applicator is nearly clean. Super frustrating.
Pretty but not perfect
I love the color, it applies well and lasts all day. Unfortunately, I keep having an allergic reaction to it. I dont have sensitive skin and dont normally have reactions to make up but this makes me eyelids swell and itch so bad. The packaging is also terrible. You barely get any product and I think after a few weeks of daily use, you wouldnt be able to scrape anymore product out. I still would recommend because not everyone will have a reaction and its great if you want to use it sometimes so itll last!
Good and not so good
I got these in Smolder and Fracture. I love both colors, although I end up getting glitter outside of the application area. I dropped a star because, as others have noted, the container seems almost empty. You habe to really scrape the sides to get any product on the wand. I'm storing these upside down to see of that helps. The colors are beautiful though
