This company has terrible customer service. I wasn't impressed by this dryer despite the multitude of glowing reviews. I found it made my hair much frizzier than my old ionic dryer. It supposedly has "free returns", except in the small print they say they'll deduct shipping and restocking fees. That...

Not for very good curly hair_curls don't hold
Noise is pitchy... doesnt dry as fast i expected my 4a/b curly hair when i want to use it straight. I use the babyliss portofino and works and sound better. The curling wand doesn't hold my hair or the curls as i wanted. I like the heatless drying process.

I love the flex style air styling & drying system. I didnt know how to properly work it at first but the more i do the easier it is to style my hair. It works very well when your hair is 80% dry.
So easy, Less stress on my wrist
I bought this on a whim because it was on sale, and I love it. My dominant hand and wrist are messed up from an accident, and because of that I rarely do my hair anymore. Also, my hair doesn't usually hold curl so it makes it annoying to do all that work for nothing. This made it so easy and less strenuous on my hand and wrist. I didn't have to twist my hand and wrist to curl everything on my head, the attached sucked the hair to it, doing all the work. I played with it the first day I got it for like 5-10 minutes, and those curls lasted 2 days easily. I want to get the tighter curl attachments, for more curly curl options, but they're out of stock on the Shark website. I wish they came with the wand instead of the flyaway attachment which I feel is useless.

No- and my hairdresser agrees
I have long,thick hair - as a very expensive hairdryer its pretty good - I cant get the curl to stay at all - even brought it to my hairdresser - the whole salin couldn't believe how loud it was - my hairdresser says it has very little power - the far less expensive curler she uses lasts on my hair for days- i have literally spent an hour on my hair ( many times) and it still falls flat within hours
