[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The formula of this eyeliner is really creamy. It blends out with the included blender really nicely. Once it dries down it's not going anywhere! I rubbed my finger over it and it didn't smudge at all. The packaging is smooth moving and moves very nicely.
