For extreme waterline brightening, use the shade Wet T-Shirt. If you're looking for a more natural brightening effect, choose one of the other 4 brightening shades for your skin tone.

Fenty Beauty Fine Linez Eyeliner-is waterproof
I received the Fenty Beauty Fine Linez Eyeliner- in Basic Black & I loved it. The only downfall, it didn't last as long as I had hoped it would, so I bought another lol. The eyeliner was very easy to apply. The applicator is shaped to help with easier grasp & proper application. It had the perfect consistency of product & I found that once I cried while wearing it, it didn't run & rub off easily like most, so that's super helpful. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The fenty black eyeliner is nice. It glides on smoothly, doesn't smudge, and lasts all day. However, it comes with a blending tip that doesn't quite work because it doesn't smudge at all.
Wasn't good
I purchased this eyeliner, and I had a really hard time putting it on my eyes. The liner drug across my eyelid and kept pulling my lid. That made it difficult to make the lines even & accurate. No gludeing here! Not only that, it was really hard to wash off. I ended up returning it.
Okay product
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I think with a few tweaks, this product could be great. Though it works, I think sometimes I have issues getting the liner to work on my skin. I would much rather have a silky-smooth eyeliner that's much easier to apply and blend. However, I can say I have experienced no flaking with this product, and it stays put.
I really enjoyed using this eyeliner
The texture is smooth and creamy, making it very easy to apply without tugging on the skin. The pigmentation is great, and the brightening shade helps make my eyes look more awake and fresh. It provides good control for precise application and stays in place throughout the day with minimal fading. Overall, it's a beautiful product that is easy to use and delivers great results. I would definitely recommend it.
