I've truly enjoyed taking these pills, however I believe the increase in B12 has given me insomnia. I've been using these for a few months now as my husband and I prepare to start trying to conceive. I picked these prenatals because they have everything I needed and more. So far I haven't had any negative side effects (nausea, headaches, etc) so I'm happy to continue using them!
