The ingredients in this prenatal vitamin aren't any different/better from any other prenatal vitamins on the market. The only distinction to be found is in the hefty price. Save yourself some money and buy some Garden of Life vitamins—they're organic and are derived from plants and, in my experience...

The ingredients in this prenatal vitamin aren't any different/better from any other prenatal vitamins on the market. The only distinction to be found is in the hefty price. Save yourself some money and buy some Garden of Life vitamins—they're organic and are derived from plants and, in my experience, are much more effective.

I love this prenatal! The convenience of the daily pouches is unmatched, and I feel great knowing all of the vitamins I'm getting in daily. I used to use other brands and ending up getting separate DHA vitamins, etc. so was close to the 6 capsules anyway. You get used to it!
