Like it, but B12 has kept me up at night
I've truly enjoyed taking these pills, however I believe the increase in B12 has given me insomnia. Since around the same time I started taking these prenatals I noticed that while I was still easily able to go to sleep I would wake in the middle of the night and have a hard time going back to slee...

Not Different from any other prenatal vitamins
The ingredients in this prenatal vitamin aren't any different/better from any other prenatal vitamins on the market. The only distinction to be found is in the hefty price. Save yourself some money and buy some Garden of Life vitamins—they're organic and are derived from plants and, in my experience...

My wife and I are in a same sex marriage therefore making it costly to conceive .. after multiple medicated iuis and almost 2 years trying with no success we decided to try bird and b hopeful but fearful of it not helping. To our surprise I hadn't been take these supplements for even a month and we got pregnant on our first!! It was the only that I had taking no lifestyle modifications or anything. A friend had been swearing by them for a long time and I am glad I finally gave it a try. For anyone else struggling, these are the best and definitely worth the money.
Best prenatal on the market!
I love this prenatal they are so easy on the stomach and In a very convenient package to take them all in one.

Even before trying to conceive these prenatals feel so stabilizing and helpful ! I don't even burp up the omega 3s and I ALWAYS burp them up. I swear the iron is helping too, love it !
One Day At A Time

Infertility is mentally exhausting, especially when so much feels out of your control. For this reason, I feel grateful that something like these prenatals exist. I know they won't make me magically conceive, but I also know that one day at a time, one pouch at a time, I am helping my body become stronger to support a healthy pregnancy one day. That is something I can control. While I have taken these prenatals for about 9 months without conceiving, my follicle count has improved over time (significant if you have diminished ovarian reserve), and generally I feel better and more in control of my cycle. My husband takes the Male Power Pack and his sperm count and quality has improved in ways we didn't think were possible. Again, not magic, but consistency. The prepackaged pouches help us stay consistent, too. I recommend these to anyone on their TTC journey and I am hopeful that one day soon I will graduate to the Bird&Be Pregnancy Prenatals too. :)
