Like it, but B12 has kept me up at night
I've truly enjoyed taking these pills, however I believe the increase in B12 has given me insomnia. Since around the same time I started taking these prenatals I noticed that while I was still easily able to go to sleep I would wake in the middle of the night and have a hard time going back to slee...

Not Different from any other prenatal vitamins
The ingredients in this prenatal vitamin aren't any different/better from any other prenatal vitamins on the market. The only distinction to be found is in the hefty price. Save yourself some money and buy some Garden of Life vitamins—they're organic and are derived from plants and, in my experience...

Matches ACOG Recommendations
Bird&Be's Female Fertility Power Prenatal + CoQ10 Pack is the only prenatal I have found to match or exceed ACOG recommendations for vitamins and nutrients. A lot of other "designer" brands didn't include enough, or simply omitted certain nutrients altogether! Aside from Choline and Vitamin A (both a little low but you can get these from food/other sources), Bird&Be includes the recommended amount of vitamins for pregnancy (or TTC)! I like that you can purchase a separate calcium boost if you want/need to take calcium daily as well. I also love that the vitamins come in daily sachets, which makes it so easy to remember and take on the go or at work. I haven't experienced any nausea or other adverse side effects.
So far so good!

Really great product. Easy to swallow pills and dissolve really fast. Quickly got my period back on track and has been consistently coming at the same time every month and that has never happened for me. Controlled my hormonal acne and skin remains clear. Haven't tried for a baby yet but I'm very pleased with my results so far. Thank youuu Bird & Be!
Will always purchase!

I appreciate all the research that was put into these vitamins. I feel so much better after taking them for a month. I've put my husband on them as well. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love the bird&be prenatal products. No smell or taste and easy to throw the little daily pouch in my bag for on-the-go. It's only 3 pills once you're pregnant which is nice and the option to use the gummies is awesome - they taste so good!!! Lastly this is the only prenatal I could find that has both methylfolate for MTHFR mutation and regular folic acid, both in the recommended dosages.
Easy and simple daily habit

I used to buy all of my vitamins and supplements for TTC separately, and every week I'd fill up my pill case with everything, and inevitably I'd find out I was out of something half way through and scramble to order it so I can add it back in later. It was chaotic. These pouches make it so easy, and even have some additional supplements I wasn't using before but was curious about. I think these are a perfect solution to the burnout of keeping up with all of things we do while trying to conceive!
