Guided Shade Combination # 1: Select a vertical column similar to the undertone of your skin to create a natural everyday monochromatic eye look (e.g., if you have a rosy skin undertone, select the vertical column R, etc.). To deepen the look and emphasize the eyes, add eyeshadows from the darker rows on the right side of the palette (suitable for all skin tones). To make your eye color pop, select the complementing column to your eye color (e.g., green eyes select the rosy vertical column (R1 - R3), blue eyes select the peach vertical column (P1-P3), etc.)

Broken in mail TWICE
Just buy in person. Broken in shipment. Asked for a replacement. These people thought it was a bright idea to ship this eyeshadow in a bag parcel. Shocker, it was completely destroyed. Two useless palettes.
This palette disappointed me
I own several ND palettes and this is the first one to disappoint me. I mean, I know it's the soft palette, but there is no color payoff and I find it somewhat patchy, not at all what I'm used to when it comes to ND. I honestly would return it if it wasn't the purchase that put me in Diamond level at Ulta.

I didnt like this eyeshadow pallete because it was not as pigmented as i thought it would be and they shadows were chalky
Easy day to night palette
Love this palette since i first got it, was looking to find a nice warm/neutral palette to replace my master mattes one as I found that one to be too muddy. This palette in Soft did not disappoint. The colors are very pigmented and even the lightest colors that are lighter than my skin, easily show up. The shadows blend beautifully, this palette is a perfect staple if you are lookong for simple to smoky or bold looks. This will take you from day to night effortlessly.
