Satin soft results
I have mixed curly hair that I'm growing out. Years of highlights have made it coarse. I only wear my hair straight. I regret that I've been sleeping on this line!! I bought and tried it today and it made my hair feel satin soft and SLEEK. I also used the conditioner and the split end balm. I used the Kenra silkening cream for heat protection and only had to use my straightener on 380 when I usually need 400-420. Other Redken lines havent worked well for me before but I'm so glad I tried this one. It's AMAZING. I think if you heat style frequently, you have to try this. Going to stock up!!

Make my hair thin and fall out way too much
I brought the shampoo and conditioner because I heard great things about it from 2 of my coworkers however, I only wash my hair 2 time away and I noticed after 3 months of use my hair falling out ALOT, now it's thin. I wish I could return it.
HAIR FELL OUT
Ive been using the shampoo and conditioner combo for a few months. My hair fell out more than normal. While detangling, my hair SNAPPED midway. i had a whole handful for hair that fell out in just ONE wash. My hair is so dry and thin. Im SO dissapointed and it will take me so long to grow my hair back.
Helped reduce split end and grows my hair healthier !!
Its a bit too pricy but ive used this product since May 2025. You HAVE to be consistent and you WILL see results with this shampoo. WAY BETTER than the drugstore shampoos I double cleanse my hair. This shampoo has helped reduced my split ends, friziness, and increased the look of a healthy hair.
