I love the idea of transdermal patches for quick absorption. However, the patch itself is big and uncomfortable. The material doesn't "breathe" at all, so your skin feels a bit suffocated. I have a lowered immune system and it's important for me to feel like I'm doing everything I can to protect my health. These patches help when I have to be around groups of people; they just give me more peace of mind.
