Just got these, so I do not know how effective they might be. I was looking for something that this product had all of plus more, so I was pleased to find the perfect product for me. The minty scent made taking them much more pleasant than other vitamins. However, I wear trifocals. The white printing on the clear bottle made the text very difficult to read. This is a product for women who are most likely to need glasses. Help us out here.
