The second I used this eyeliner on my waterline, I felt severe burning and itchiness, which it traveled to my ears and throat. Dries out quick
I bought a few of these in different colors and everyone of them are dried up right away. It was a waste of money.
This eyeliner was disappointing.
When I used the eyeliner it did not blend or smudge well at all and when I took it off it was horrible. It was so flaky and the flakes got into my eyes and it was the biggest pain. I definitely wouldn't buy this, it's not worth the money.
If your looking for a craon type of linner you may like this
I would much rather find a ture eye liner pencil not a craon type...
