Can this be removed/cleaned up with your average micellar water?

I normally use Kat Von D Ink Liner, but I was out and low on money, so I bought this. It's a good product and stays on a long time, and does create great, precise lines. Did I get a dud???
I'm so confused by the positive reviews for this product. I have the Milk Chocolate color and it dried out within three uses. I wish I was kidding! It was a Christmas present and by new year's it was starting to run dry. I've been using liquid eyeliner for years and have never seen a product dry out as quickly as this did. I keep the cap closed tight and store it upside down, so I can't imagine it was user error. Maybe I got a bad one?
Milk and Dark chocolate are identical
So I bought dark chocolate and liked it but it was a slightly darker brown and I wanted to try a lighter brown however when I ordered milk chocolate the colors are identical. They are the same depth and tone so I wasted money to have two of the same color that I don't need. The formula is good and decently long wearing.
Almost perfect
I love this eyeliner. I Like how it goes on, I like how it lasts all day. But after a few uses, the tip always has these fly away bristles, I have to snip them off so I doesn't make a mess on my eyelid.
