Can this be removed/cleaned up with your average micellar water?

I normally use Kat Von D Ink Liner, but I was out and low on money, so I bought this. It's a good product and stays on a long time, and does create great, precise lines. However, if you've got a shaky hand or are inexperienced with eyeliner, I probably wouldn't recommend it. It's super liquidy, and ...

Love this liner!
This has been my go-to eyeliner for YEARS. I pick it over more expensive high end product. It lasts FOREVER, definitely waterproof. The only problem I have is with the pen applicator. After a while it can begin to leak. But for the price…im not complaining!
Don't buy
I was trying to do my eyeliner when it Leaked all over my eye it stained my clothes i had to start my make up all over again it wad all over my hands n face
Great for oily lids
Lasts all day and is great if you have oily lids like i do
Allergic Reaction!
I bought this eyeliner because it was only $10 and I wanted to try out a brown liquid liner. It made my eyes very itchy. When I washed it off my face, I was left with red "wings" where the liner had been due to the irritation it caused on my skin. I have never had this reaction with any other eyeliner before! Proceed with caution, especially if you have more sensitive skin!!!!
