Not bad! A little liquidy...
I normally use Kat Von D Ink Liner, but I was out and low on money, so I bought this. It's a good product and stays on a long time, and does create great, precise lines. However, if you've got a shaky hand or are inexperienced with eyeliner, I probably wouldn't recommend it. It's super liquidy, and ...

Love the Smudgeless Eyeliner and Didn't Break the Bank
I asked for recommendations for a smudgeless brown eyeliner and they recommended Clinique first, which is usually at Ulta, as they upsell Clinique consistently. But when I said, "Do you have something on the "cheaper" side of the store, the attendant switched gears immediately and brought me to the perfect product for my needs and pocketbook. She helped me shop, drawing on the back of her hand with the eyeliner she showed me, and demonstrating it did not smudge. It had a new type of sharpie-like tip. Phenomenal! Love it! Maybe the floor attendants get commission on Clinique, but they are super cheerful about switching up and they are very knowledgeable about all the products here at my Florence, KY store. They also worked as a team, calling out suggestions to each other to help my salesperson. A customer also chimed in with helpful info. It was like a group hug on the subject of eyeliner. The cashier who rung me out then proceeded to compliment my outfit. Love this store and the people in it.
One of the best so far
Very good quality, especially for the price! One thing that bothered me was that the tip would leak sometimes, but other than that this is a really good liquid liner.
Great at first, then drips everywhere
I bought this product a few months ago, it was my go to liner. Then it just started leaking tons of product out of the brush tip. Even if I dabbed it on a piece of tissue, it would bleed like crazy once applied. Don't waste your money.
The Literal Best Eyeliner Out There... Except It Dries Out
I've tried numerous liners from many brands drugstore and high end, in ink pots and pen styles. This is by far the best liquid liner I have ever found. The applicator is perfect with brush hairs instead of a felt-tip. It gives such fine lines and is a deep black that stays put all day. HOWEVER, it dries out faster than most others I've tried. I only got maybe 10 uses out of my most recent restock before it's started skipping on me again, and I do store it tip-side down. I'll be scoping out others on the market to see if I can find a goldilocks product, but hopefully they address this issue at some point.

Goes on smooth and stays all day!
