The Pump Won't Work!

Unfortunately the reviews are true, the pumps on these bottle do not work. Well, the shampoo is working for now but the conditioner just does not work. I didn't want to believe the reviews, but it appears they have fallen to normal corporate greed of getting the cheapest product so it's costs them less, but the customer is the one that suffers. I have reached out to customer support to see what they suggest. Very frustrating that I have to get support in order to use a product I paid for. Buyer beware...
Effective, affordable
I've been using this conditioner with a different brand's daily/clarifying shampoo and the combo has been effective at volumizing my thick but fine, straight hair that is a pain to style or get any volume. Love this stuff. My only complaint is the metal bottle -- the pump is ineffective once the product is low and the bottle gets super slippery when trying to tap out the remainder.

I'm skeptical about shampoos and conditioners. My hair is not as thick as it used to be and is straight. I am in love with this duo!! Even when shampooing, my hair feels light, no residue. I don't usually like conditioner, as it makes my hair flat and heavy. JVN feels light and clean when applying it. After drying, my hair has volume with no heaviness or residue, just clean and full. I now don't have to wash my hear everyday to get a nice look. Now I want to though. Using JVN is such an upgrade!!
