Use 2-3 times per week on wet hair after shampoo: 1 dose for fine to medium textured hair. 2-3 doses for thick to curly textured hair, add 1 more dose if you have long hair. Once the product is activated by water, you may experience a pleasant warming sensation. Use a conditioner after, if preferred.
Precautions: Use only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children. Unable to hold a curl
I used this once over a week ago, I did find it made my hair smoother but I feel like ever since my hair will not hold curls (from curling iron) quite the same way. I am hoping it will get out of my hair soon. I returned product....that's a deal breaker for me.

Amazing product!
I am obsessed with this product! It does exactly what i wanted it to do! The bad reviews did make me nervous, but it has to be user error or just a sepcific hair type. I have fairly long, heavy, non color treated, straight hair. I wash my hair, leave this on for a MAX of 8 seconds, make sure to stay away from my scalp, i really only put it on the bottom half if my hair. You shouldnt be having scalp irritation if you avoid your scalp. I rinse it really well, make sure the product is gone before i add conditioner. I also only wash my hair once every 7-10 days and still only use this profuct every other wash. The ingredients are strong so twice a month is wnoigh for me! Hoghky recommended as long as you follow instructions and dont overuse!
Amazing!
Everytime I use this product I'm amazed at the state of my hair! I've used this for several months specifically after using a clarifying shampoo (or just a shampoo that gives me that squeeky clean feeling). I skip conditioner and go straight to this. My hair feel SO incredibly soft after it's mind blowing to me. I've never been the type of person to have nice silky hair, but this product does it. Definitely follow the instructions and only use it on your ends. I have fine hair so I don't completely drench it in this product because I dont want to weigh it down.

Absolutely LOVE this! I've had like ng thick hair my whole life. When I turned 50 it started looking &feeling dry&dull and I let it air dry and don't use irons. This really confuses me at first since i never used a product like this. I actually liked the warming sensation it instantly softened my hair and definitely gave shine. Im excited to keep using it to see the strength benefits. But after the first use my hair feels and looks great.
