To open the product, remove the cap and insert the opposite side of the cap into the foil. Push down on the cap and twist until the foil is punctured.
Use once daily. Clean the skin gently and pat dry before applying product. Cover the entire affected area with a thin layer. For example, if your acne is on the face, apply the product to the entire face. Do not use more than one time a day. Applying more than directed will not provide faster or better results, but may worsen skin irritation. During the early weeks of use, your acne may appear to worsen before it improves (this is normal); continue use as directed, unless you get irritation that becomes severe. Irritation is more likely to occur in the first few weeks of use or if using more than one topical acne medication at a time but irritation usually lessens with continued use of this product. Applying more than directed will not provide faster or better results. It may take up to 3 months of once daily use to see results. For further instructions, refer to the Drug Facts on the packaging.
Precautions: Suitable for children 12 years and up. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a doctor before use.

Irritated
I have been useing this for at least 4-5 months now and it has made my skin incredibly dry and irritated every time. I only use about once a week and have tried eveything but just continues to irritate me horribly. Its takes the entire week before my skin returns back to normal. I wanted to be able to up the usage to at least twice a week but just cant. I will say it does clear my acne a bit but too iritating for me

I've been using this for about 2-3 years now. With starting slowly and gradually increasing use, I've hadno side effects besides a ~little~ dryness that's easily fixed with a good moisturizer. I used to have regular breakouts, but this cleared it up so quickly. The only occasional breakout I get now are extremely mild and all go away much quicker than before. My skin's texture is also far improved. So many of my acne scars have lightened or disappeared. All this to say, if you are careful with using this (ie using a pea size for your entire face, diligent sunscreen, good moisturizer, and starting slow with use and gradually increasing to your comfort), it's absolutely worth a purchase
Loving it
I've been using this for about a month, and it's already helped a little with fine lines, and my acnr scars. It hasn't been too tough on my skin at all either. 100% recommend, however it's not for first time retinoid users.
Effective
This gel is unscented and applies smoothly. The product itself feels a little silicone. It does not clog my pores, however i did experience some dryness and it took my skin a while to adjust. after the purging period, my skin looks amazing! It cleared up all my black heads and texture and minimized my other breakouts. My dermatologist said she could even tell that i used a retinol and said that i have very nice skin
