- Brush through, then style your hair using your favorite hot tool.
STYLIST TIP: To avoid damage, apply 10" away from hair (or a can's length) and be sure to give it a few seconds to dry before using your favorite hot tool.

Great smell and flexibility

This is a great flexible hair spray with a great smell. I love that it has heat protection and it can be used to before any styling tools. After using I can still run my fingers through my hair and at night my hair will easily brush out.
Not worth it

Complete waste. The nozzle kept clogging. It leaves a white cast on hair, feels kind of crusty and although it brushes out, my bottle feels empty after barely 2 uses because that nozzle clogs. I can't comment if it's actually a good heat protectant because I used another product. I didn't trust it enough was applied.

i have very thin and very bleached hair so heat protection is always necessary but always a killer because it weighs my hair down. BUT this one didn't add any type of weight and my hair texture didn't change. it isn't sticky and it doesn't have that typically really strong hair spray smell. i would recommend this one if you have thin hair for sure [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] and i do actually use it :)

i have thin AND bleached hair so using heat protection is a must. i've been looking for a heat protection that doesn't weight my hair down and leave a crunchy or sticky residue. this one passed the test. i use it before curling my hair and it is still very lightweight and doesn't leave a nasty texture it also smells nice. not too much hair spray smell, just light and sweet smelling

i have thin hair AND bleach it. i normally get scared off from heat protection because it makes my hair flat, sticky, and crunchy. but this went on very light and didn't leave a residue it also doesn't have that super strong hair spray smell. it is a light and sweet smell. i use it mainly when curling my hair :)
