For hooded eyes, apply your medium shade slightly above the natural crease to lift and open the eyes. Blend a deeper shade along the lash line, sweeping it upward toward the outer corner for a lifted effect, and finish with a light, bright shade on the brow bone and inner corners to add brightness and a wide-eyed look.
