Not thick hair friendly
This product is so thick it's hard to get a good lather for my curls. I also have to use a lot more product just to get it all over. When it did eventually suds up after to work it was not a lot. This may be better on straighter hair but definitely not for thick or curly girls.

[2a Hair] This is stronger than the Clarifying Scalp Scrub and leaves your hair REAL dry, so I use it about once a month and always follow it up with the Hydrating Shampoo/Conditioner. The cooling sensation was noticeable but not intense, my scalp still felt cool after my shower. It has a minty and warm musk smell.

This product is sooooo good for my microlocs! I had tried the other clarifying shampoo but the little beads got stuck in my locs. This detoxifying shampoo is much better suited for the loc girlies!

I'm in love with this shampoo. If you're like me and use a lot of products in your hair like mouse and strong gels, you'll love how easy this gets all the gunk out. First, it has high viscosity, almost gel-like so when you put it in your hands it doesn't slip off. My other shampoos normally slip right out of my palm onto the shower floor leading me to use more products than necessary. Second, it feels so invigorating on the scalp so this a a plus. Lastly, this shampoo smells amazingly fresh, with minty notes. It leaves my 4b/c hair feeling so clean! Definitely adding it to my rotation.

I used this shampoo to wash away product build up for having braids for 6 weeks. This clarifying shampoo effectively removed all my product buildup leaving my hair feeling exceptionally clean and refreshed. My hair did not feel hard and crusty like most clarifying shampoos. I would definitely purchase this product.

I used this shampoo after taking out a protective style, this shampoo left my hair and scalp feeling squeaky clean. I did find it to be a bit drying but that's nothing a good deep conditioning can't fix!
