Since this product is more about moisture & defining instead of hold, could this be used like a leave-in conditioner with a curl styling cream on top? Or should this be used as a styling cream?

Depending on your moisture needs, this could be enough, however, for further hydration and moisture we recommend Fast Food leave on. It's silicone-free, activates, defines and enhances curl patterns and is recommended for 3A-4C hair. Details is not silicone-free and primarily provides moisture and definition with no hold. I purchased this product after having another AG product used on my hair at the salon. My hair felt so great after my recent salon visit my interest in this brand and their products was really piqued so I just dove in and purchased Details to give it a whirl and I am very happy with the results so far. The weight is perfect for my fine, 3a-3b curls. I did finish with my innersense styling foam for a cast but once I'm through with that bottle I look forward to trying other products from Ag.
