Work a small amount into damp hair. Run through hair thoroughly from scalp to ends. For best results allow products to saturate hair for 1-2 minutes. Rinse hair thoroughly. Towel dry hair. Follow with your choice of Keranique Hair Treatment.

Made scalp painful
Used for 3 weeks. Worked ok as normal shampoo conditioner, but no hair loss improvement. Scalp was feeling quite sore and stopped using it and soreness stopped within a day.

For the past few years, I have noticed my hair getting thinner on top and not as thick as it used to be. I've had a problem with my scalp being itchy as well for quite some time. Although I don't have flaking related to dandruff, I tried a few different types of dandruff shampoo to combat the itching, but nothing really helped. So, I decided to give this brand of shampoo a try because of the positive things I've read about it online, being good for volume for people with thinning hair. It has helped a great deal with the volume, giving my hair a fullness I haven't seen in a while. It is helping with the scalp itchiness a little bit, but it has not gone away completely, it seems to be better, and I do feel like it is cleansing my scalp. I feel like it is removing build up that I probably have had on my scalp from hair styling products I use. I've been using it for over a month. The bottle bought is only 8 ounces, unlike most shampoos that come in a larger size. You can purchase a larger size if you prefer. I wash my hair every other day and you don't really need to use a lot it seems very thick and concentrated. I'm usually guilty of using way too much shampoo than needed. With the cost of this you might not want to be as generous using it. I use about half dollar size drop of it and that seems to be enough. Once you get it on your hair just add a little more water and it suds' up very well. I try to leave it on my head for a minute or two and just massage it into my scalp while I'm waiting. I haven't tried the conditioner or any of the other products yet but I'm thinking about it since I like the shampoo so much.

I try going as many days as i can between shampoos. This product lathers up even on my very dirty hair and keeps it clean for says!! Smells great. Love it.
