Wish it worked
Unfortunately, this shampoo does not reduce flakes or dryness. Scent is ok, would recommend trying another product if dealing with dry itchy scalp.
Not worth the money
This product was super expensive and had great reviews so i thought it would definitely help with my dry scalp. I have had issues with dry scalp for years and a product will work for a couple of years and then stop. I reached the end of the road woth the Bondi Boost dandruff shampoo so thought I would try Verb as I have used their other products and liked them. My scalp had actually been improving a bit as I started using castor oil treatments right before buying this. It got way worse after I started using this. I gave it the tike it took me to use the whole bottle hoping it would just take some time. It did not and definitely don't recommend or will be buying this again.
It's just shampoo, nothing special
Didn't help with my dandruff problem at all as other reviews claimed. I have been using it almost for 2 months.

It's hard to describe, but it sort of smells like fruit that's well past its prime, and it CLINGS. Even after a second shampoo with a different product, the smell clings to my scalp and hair and seems to intensify as time goes on. TLDR: doesn't clean well and smells bad.
